Private Sessions with Molly Birkholm
My private sessions are crafted to your needs. We start by discussing your interests, challenges, and desired outcomes. Then, we develop a customized, ever-evolving program that can include both tools for stress management and building resilience, as well as a practice called co-meditation for creative visioning. Co-meditation is a guided meditative journey. Depending upon your intention, co-meditation practices can be used in a variety of ways. People from all different backgrounds find that they can help uncover and unpackage ideas, inspiration, and innovation. Co-meditations can help discover embodied or sub-conscious answers to questions or solutions to challenges. They can also facilitate powerful dives into meditation, accessing deep states of consciousness where healing and experiences of wholeness naturally arise. The process can help you remove blocks and arrive at an open and inspired space where you can clearly see the blueprints you are meant to be living and creating.

My private clients are exceptional humans who come from very diverse backgrounds- CEOs and executives, much-loved actors, special operations troops, professional athletes, authors, and survivors of trauma. Together, we have the opportunity to amplify their life work by helping it come not just from the thinking mind, but also from deeper, intuitive states of consciousness that evoke expanded human experience. While some describe the experiences as ‘spiritual,’ they can also be incredibly practical.
During private sessions, a combination of discussion, co-meditation practices, breathing, yoga nidra guided mindfulness meditation, creativity exercises, brainstorming sessions, and deep heartfelt self-inquiry are used to create transformative experiences. Working together, we’ll create a more present, creative, and conscious way of living that supports you in feeling fully and completely ALIVE.
