Yoga Nidra or yogic sleep is a state of consciousness that is an immensely powerful guided meditation technique and one of the easiest yoga practices to develop and maintain. Learn and experience how this practice can evoke deep states of rest and relaxation.

The course tuition (listed above) is for the whole program. Your accommodation rate includes meals, Satsangs, and Hatha yoga classes which are offered daily.
