Immerse yourself in a deep meditation and yoga retreat with three special teachers amidst the gorgeous backdrop of Rocky Mountain National Park. We will explore meditation from a variety of perspectives, giving you opportunities to explore consciousness both through philosophy and deep practice. There will be opportunities for fine-tuning your practice with the personal guidance of our teachers, as well as time for your own self-inquiry. Learn more about Non-Dualism/ Vedanta and Buddhist philosophy to strengthen your understanding of the roots of these teachings, including discussion on the Bhagavad Gita, Vijnana Bhairav, and Kamalashila’s Stages of Meditation. There will be daily yoga classes, silent meditation, breathing practices, mantra, and iRest yoga nidra practices. We will also have time each day to hike, horseback ride, enjoy outdoor adventures, or relax in the spa.
2 Days of Silence: Silence is a very powerful tool for diving deeper into practice. As well as keeping silence throughout parts of each day, in the middle of the retreat we will maintain two days of complete silence. During this time, all teachers and participants will remain in silence outside of the class context. We will have a short time on these days available for Q&A. And of course, on the other days will have plenty of talking!
